Industrial IT System 800xA is a compiled and advanced version of Advant Master, Symphony, Freelance and SattLine systems. The first versions have been being used from the beginning of the century.
All mentioned above complexes are widely used in different industries, mostly in - metal & mining, power & water solutions, pulp and paper industry, petroleum production and refining.
Sufficient variety of tools and their modifications included in the complex let it be used in automation of different calibre industry parts, even the whole indusry.
The Advant Master, Symphony, Freelance, SattLine complexes had been being distributed by ABB since the last 90-s compete with each other. Stated ideology of Industrial IT allowed to combine all the complexes in the united system (System 800xA), extend its volume, include modern solutions and distribute solving by him tasks to all levels of industry control and management.
Òhe main philosophy of Industrial IT is an united informational space for all levels of industry management. This space is based on the objests characteristics servers (a. k. a. Aspect Servers). An aggregate of certain aspects form informational model of object. Characteristic's server is a depository of all industry data: as current measurable value and planned performance. Any inputted in these servers data are used further in any level of any control panels, that is the all industry data don't need to be inputted once again. Object characteristics are classified by functions (Control, Management, Protection), by equipment type, equipment location.
All existed and redesigned ABB programms and products are tested and sertified by Insustrial IT standard. Their compliance to standards is marked as: Industrial IT Enabled. For example this mark is on Advant, Symphony, Freelance, SattLine, MicroSCADA, SMS 510, REX, REF systems. The industrial IT System 800xA is intergrated with other ABB complexes: Harmony, Melody, Infi 90.
The complex controllers are equipped by soft in line with typical and standard industrial and field networks: Ethernet, Profibus DP/PA, Modbus RTU, Foundation Fieldbus, HART-protocol.
Example of the system structure is listed below.
